Property blueprints for the financier's personal tropical island included in the photographs.
Also included in this new document drop seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier bought a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had drawn up ambitious plans to transform the 161-acre island by constructing residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
Visible on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the territory, indicated on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is annotated in handwritten red notes and contains a legend detailing different parts of the land.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be several other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, including layouts for boat shelters.
Further materials made public as part of the current investigative process.
